#OccupyThanksgiving with Empanology

  • Empanology 2407 Third Avenue Bronx, NY, 10451 United States (map)

The South Bronx and East Harlem are two New York City neighborhoods suffering from concentrated poverty. Burdened with high crime rates, poor health outcomes, and poor housing conditions, these areas pose high risks for child welfare.

Join us for a community dinner on Wednesday, November 21st from 5pm - 7pm, at Empanology (2407 Third Ave) We will be serving hot food, have music and entertainment, along with resources where people can find help for different needs.

Thank you for taking the time to check us out, search #OccupyThanksgiving on social media to follow up on the last 5 years with us <3

** Although our objective is to distribute food, donations have allowed us to give away socks, gloves, scarves, hats, outerwear, shoes, and even create care bags for women filled with Sanitary napkins, wet wipes, tampons, and other hygiene products.
