Join the Dance Ministry and the Men’s Ministry for Sweat in the Spirit on Sunday, October 5th.
Our very own Rachel and Jon will co-lead us through a workout, followed by a cooldown and mindfulness activity with Mary. Everyone is welcome, and no experience is necessary! Meet us in the gym after service on October 5th for community, fellowship, and your favorite gospel hits while we make space to focus on being good stewards of our bodies through a health and wellness lens.
Grab your fitness fit, a bottle of water, and a mat if you have one (no worries if not), and let’s Sweat in the Spirit together! Be sure to register, and we hope to see you there!
