Life Groups are coming back in March! Life Groups are gatherings of 10-12 people that meet in homes to study the Bible together. This is a great way to grow in community & in your faith. We're looking for folks who are interested in hosting these groups once a week in their apartment (March - May). Pray March Act is organizing a rally of churches to gather. Join us in Harlem outside the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building at 11am on MLK Day, Monday, January 15, 2024 for a time of reflection, prayer, music, and equipping for justice action.
We will meditate on the struggles of the past and the church's role in advocacy, explore the challenges impacting our city in the present, and share the ways PMA will continue to partner with communities to promote change in the future!

We are celebrating the birth of Jesus together on December 10th with special Christmas elements, including from our Kids ministry! Following service, we will have a Christmas after-party, complete with a DJ, food & an ugly Christmas sweater competition. This is a great Sunday to invite a friend to worship & party together. This month we are having a clothing drive to benefit the students of Mary McLeod Bethune School PS 92. We will accept donations on Sundays until December 17th.

As we enter the Christmas season, we are starting a new series this Sunday: "All of the Lights." Jesus is the true light of the world & he calls us as his followers to be light to the world. Join us this Sunday as we look at what the Gospel of Matthew has to teach us.
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." - Matthew 5:14-16
Join us for Serve Sunday, November 19th! We will be highlighting and appreciating all of the ministries that make up our church and giving everyone the opportunity to join them to serve in the coming year. As we reflect over Jesus' teaching in the book of Matthew, we must always remember that he said in Matthew 23:11 that the greatest in the kingdom of God will be a servant. We pride our church on being all about serving one another and our community to see Justice, Love, and Mercy lived out in modern culture.
The TGH Finance Team is holding an info session for anyone interested in joining the team! If you want to help TGH align our finances with God's purpose as He builds His kingdom in Harlem, then please consider attending. They are creating a space that empowers, inspires, and celebrates Black and Brown Christian marketplace leaders. Corporate Bible Study is back! All summer we'll be diving into the theological concept of our Marriage to Christ. The most important relationship in our lives (with Jesus) should dictate every other relationship in our lives. As Christians we are all married to Christ, regardless of our current “relationship status.” As we reflect on our relationship to Jesus, we’ll explore what the Bible teaching us as we navigate our relationship with others - friendships, romantic & family. The TGH men are getting out of the city. We are retreating to the Poconos Mountains on Friday August 18th and coming back Sunday August 20th—to spend some time focusing on God and building deeper relationships with each other.
