We're excited to welcome back Rachel Wahba-Dunkley, a wellness coach and consultant who helps Christian women of color heal, grow, and embrace who God has created them to be through practical, faith-centered encouragement.

If you joined us in July, you know you won't want to miss this one! Rachel showed us that self-care is about much more than bubble baths and spa days as she unpacked the eight dimensions of wellness and even sent us home with a free resource to continue the journey. We're excited for another encouraging evening together!
