Huggin’ The Block is a call-to-action to unify and dignify the Kingdom by taking ownership of our church neighborhood. We hope to share the Spirit of Christ in Harlem through our commitment to service, love for his people, and by honoring his word! Jesus taught us that,“Even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve.” - Mark 10:45.

We are mobilizing our efforts in building His Kingdom this Fall by cleaning the streets of Harlem (which we recognize for many is home), serving breakfast foods that nourish the body, and directly engaging with members of the community. This is an open invitation for TGH to serve in a great capacity for the Kingdom as we encourage the community in exchanging names, warm smiles, conversations, invitations to The Gathering Harlem, prayer, and tangible resources.
